玛拉投资持股6.06% 晋升APPASIA主要股东
如今APPASIA公司的主要股东是玛拉投资有限公司。 （吉隆坡9日讯）APPASIA公司（APPASIA，0119，创业板科技）说，玛拉投资有限公司（Pelaburan Mara）持有公司6.06%股权，已成为公司的主要股东。 APPASIA公司向马证交所报备，这是玛拉投资的策略投资及资产管理臂膀人民信托局（MARA）场外收购该公司440万股后，将累计持股增至2129万股或6.06%。 该公司针对《新海峡时报》的报导另外向马证交所报备，已收到玛拉投资的主要股东权益通知，股权架构调整最早会在本周进行。 上周三，APPASIA公司大约有450万股以每股56仙在场外交易，而同一个机构还在7月21日以每股38仙收购入前者1300万股。 该集团在6月26日推出确认银行讯息的电子平台eConfirm.my后，股价冲上66仙，创新高纪录。 该集团说，全资子公司Extol公司已与马来西亚会计师协会（MIA）合作，将授予马来西亚会计师协会专利权，以管理和运营线上平台。 Source: Chinapress
